- We will never claim a cure. Herbs support the body; they do not replace diagnosis or emergency medicine.
- We will always ask about your medication before recommending anything, to avoid interactions.
- Every remedy is measured and labelled — no unmarked bottles, no vague dosage.
- We will refer you out when your case needs a hospital, and we will say so plainly.
- We teach what we practise. Nothing is taught in our classroom that we do not do in our clinic.
